• The Assistant   Property Manager  will play a crucial role in assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property, with a primary focus on tenant satisfaction, maintenance, and leasing duties.
• This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.  Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive tenant relationships by ensuring a high standard of customer service and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Assist with administrative duties such as record keeping, filing, and responding to emails and phone calls.
