Job Summary :
Congruex is currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to support our large program business unit based in Columbus, Ohio. This role will report to the VP, People Services and work as part of the shared service recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for key roles in the civil construction industry, with a strong emphasis on Equipment Operators, Foreman, Construction Managers, and Project Managers .
This position requires a relationship-driven approach, where success is measured by the ability to connect with and build lasting relationships with candidates. You will collaborate closely with local operations, hiring managers, and People Services teams on all recruitment activities to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.
