Join our rapidly growing, late-stage startup as a Senior Accountant. You'll play a critical role in supporting our global accounting operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy as we prepare for an IPO. This is a hands-on position requiring strong NetSuite skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations

Maintain and improve the integrity of the general ledger and financial records

Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to support SOX compliance and IPO readiness

Partner with the FP&A team to reconcile financial results and provide accounting insights to support forecasting and budgeting.

Prepare management reports and variance analyses for leadership

Support external audits, including preparing work papers and responding to auditor requests

Identify and implement process improvements to shorten the close timeline and enhance reporting accuracy

Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Support AP operations, including invoice review, approval, and reconciliation

Own daily cash operations and bank reconciliations

If You've Got It - We Want It

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred

4+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally at a global company or Big 4 (in the software / technology industry)

Proficiency with MS Excel is required

Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting SOX controls

Self-starter, who is able to work effectively and autonomously

Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills

Proven critical thinking capability

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail

The ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo

Bonus Points :

Proficiency with NetSuite

Windows PC oriented

IPO and audit experience

Salary Range ($83,200 - $130,056)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
