Program Director – Adult Psychiatry Residency

A New York City–based academic health system is seeking a Program Director to lead its Adult Psychiatry Residency. This position offers a unique 50 / 50 blend of administrative leadership and direct clinical care. The Director will oversee accreditation, curriculum innovation, and resident development while mentoring scholarship and advancing community psychiatry education.

Ideal candidates are board-certified psychiatrists with experience in teaching, program leadership, and a commitment to health equity and training diverse physician leaders.
