Business Analyst

Job Title : Back Office BA (Endur) Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid Tuesday to Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote) Duration : 12+ Months

Hands-on experience in settlements (must-have). Preferably someone who has worked in power trading . Must be capable of driving client conversations. Should be able to adapt quickly and lead client interactions such as walkthroughs, demo sessions, etc. Frequent client interaction will be an important part of this role.

Configure and maintain Endur back-office modules including settlements, confirmations, invoicing, and reporting. Support daily back-office operations and troubleshoot system issues. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions within Endur. Optimize workflows and improve efficiency across trade lifecycle processes. Develop functional specifications, test cases, and provide UAT support for enhancements. Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end processing. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on industry best practices within Endur back-office functions.
