A fast-growing executive career coaching company is seeking experienced high-ticket closers to join its sales team. This 7-figure business helps high-performing professionals land VP and C-Suite roles—often roles they didn’t even apply for. Their flagship programs ($9.8K–$20K) deliver an 88% success rate with clients averaging a 65% salary increase.
We’re scaling fast and need closers who can confidently guide senior executives (Directors, VPs, C-Suite) through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process. This isn’t a one-call-close role. It’s about trust, clarity, and helping clients recognize the value of investing in themselves.
What You’ll Do
- Take qualified inbound calls from executives considering our programs
- Proactively follow up, reactivate past leads, and manage your pipeline
- Run an integrity-based consultative sales process (no pressure tactics)
- Handle objections around money and mindset with professionalism
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine conversions
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings / weekends when prospects are ready to buy

Earnings & Commission
