Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is hiring for a Part Time Customer Service Associate!! The Customer Service Associate will deliver world class service in person and on the phone to retail customers. Customer Service Associate Details : Schedule : 3pm-7pm Monday through Friday

• Need to be able to work 2 Saturdays a month Pay : $17 an hour - $18 after hire Location : Woodbury, Mn Evaluation to hire. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities : Associate will receive and process packages for courier shipment, operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices. The associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services and best-value options. Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and team members. Take ownership of the customers shipping problem and offer viable solutions. Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions and industry trends. Operate all equipment, software and devices in an expert fashion and willing to teach others. Customer Service Associate Qualities Required : Previous customer service experience in a retail setting is a must! Proficient use with computers Previous picking / packing, stocking, or shipping experience highly preferred Must have a go getter attitude! Seeking hard working and team oriented candidates
