$1,820 to $3,000 per week
About The Position

- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with weekends and holidays off 40 hours weekly
- 5 - 6 visits daily without travel 3 visits on admission days
- Home health setting infrequent pediatric cases
- Performs start of care, recertifications, and resumption of care visits
- Home health and OASIS experience preferred
- Will consider new graduates with extended orientation
- Safety evaluations and occasional hospice teaching visits required
