Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead a skilled maintenance team in a dynamic, unionized manufacturing environment. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping equipment, systems, and facilities running at peak performance—driving safety, reliability, and efficiency every day. At the same time, you’ll build strong labor partnerships and uphold collective bargaining agreements to create a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of union maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Assign and prioritize work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs in accordance with union rules and seniority provisions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and parts inventory using CMMS.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a unionized setting.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.Experience working with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
