Funding Reconciliation Specialist AP

The Funding Reconciliation Specialist AP supports the accurate and efficient processing of client funding using Vendor Management Systems (VMS). This role is responsible for daily reconciliation tasks, determining optimal funding processes, educating clients and team members, and conducting regular financial true-ups to ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and process daily files from assigned VMS systems.
• Determine and document optimal funding and true-up processes for each client.
• Analyze system data and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Collaborate with Service and Implementation teams to onboard prospects using VMS platforms.
• Maintain accurate metrics and documentation related to VMS system usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
