Parent Child Teacher

Camellia Waldorf School – Sacramento, CA

Camellia Waldorf School is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Part-Time Parent-Child Teacher to guide families with children aged 1-2 years. This position is responsible for thoughtfully holding Parent-Child classes that support early childhood development and parent education in alignment with Waldorf principles.

Essential Functions

• Introduce and represent the Waldorf approach and Camellia Waldorf School's mission to new families
• Establish and maintain intentional rhythms that align with the natural flow of the seasons and support the holistic development of young children
• Facilitate enriching educational opportunities through parent discussions and curated readings
• Communicate openly and supportively with parents
• Attend Early Childhood Faculty and mentoring meetings as needed
• Perform additional duties as required to support the school's mission
