Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate
- Days : Thursday-Monday (we are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. Please indicate your availability when applying)
- Reports to : Customer Service Specialist, Operations & Box Office Manager
Compensation : $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities :
Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly mannerChecks in guests for toursMonitors lobby traffic and work area and customer flowHandled customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience, resolving customer issues quickly and efficientlyFacilitates correspondence with customersResolves customer complaintsEscalating queries and concerns when necessaryWorking with Customer Relations Team and other departments to find appropriate solutionsAssists the Administrative team and special projectsSkills :
Uses conflict resolution to diffuse angry customersBuilding positive rapport with customersInterpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customersMultitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one timeActive listening and communication skills to handle patrons who may be upsetTime-management skills to respond to customer emails, calls and web chat messages promptlyTeamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departmentsAbility to remain upright and stationary for long periods during a shiftTechnical skills for customer records management, word processing, database, email and chat software programsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteIf offered the position, the offer is contingent upon passing a background check and a four-panel background screen which does NOT include THC.
