A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to support customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with stakeholders in strategic accounts
Develop and implement strategic account plans, including analysis of customer needs and market trends
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing add-on business opportunities while monitoring account health metrics
Required Qualifications
Must be based on the East Coast of the U.S. and comfortable working early hours
A minimum of 4 years of sales and / or account management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Salesforce and all MS Office & Google Office applications
Ability to travel to key customer and company events
