This customer-facing role plays an important part in ensuring a scalable and efficient experience for education customers.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Education Account Management and Customer Sucess teams to support education institutions through the full customer lifecycle—from initial sales to renewals.

You’ll work directly with customers to coordinate legal and accessibility requests, manage product provisioning, and help ensure a smooth purchasing and renewal experience for our education customers.

You’ll also help identify opportunities for efficiency enabling the team to scale our impact on classrooms worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Work with customers on their legal and accessibility requests Act as a point of contact for the Onshape Operations, Billing, and Credit & Collections teams regarding education-related orders
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or process coordinationExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and external customers Excellent Excel skills knowledge or SAP knowledge Familiarity with Zuora and CPQ billing systems or other relevant billing / invoicing systemsYou can learn more about who we are, what we do, and what sets us apart by following us on social media.
