S-E-A is seeking a professional seeking a service-based sales and relationship management opportunity! Our office is located in Duluth. This role is responsible to further developing a technical book of business for our Atlanta staff. Client-base consists of attorneys, insurance companies and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be curious, self-driven and a strong critical thinker. An insurance or legal background is strongly preferred. Candidates with prior experience in service-based sales, the legal or insurance industry will are strongly preferred.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :
- Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Manufacturers
- Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues
- Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
- Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles
- Attend industry trade shows and seminars
- Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
- Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
- Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance
- Regular and predictable presence at work
Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degreeMinimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience in a service industryBusiness development and relationship management experience in a professional environmentMust have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skillsWillingness to travel regionally and nationwideProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and OutlookExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical Requirements :
