We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturing company known for its innovation, quality, and teamwork.
In this role, you’ll manage key customer accounts, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure a seamless experience from order entry through delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication make all the difference.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and RMAs with precision and efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, pricing, lead times, and order status
- Collaborate closely with production, sales, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team
Qualifications :
3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingStrong ERP experience (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar)Proficient with CRM platforms such as SalesforceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressureWhat We Offer :
