A growing company in the Willoughby area is looking to expand its Customer Support team by adding Customer Support Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity focused on supporting customers through email and occasional phone communication. The team values strong communication, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Review and respond to customer requests, primarily via email
Prepare and send quotes to customers
Occasionally connect with customers by phone to clarify requests or answer questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good technical skills and comfort with learning new systems
Previous experience in a customer service or office environment is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
