Attend training sessions with each member of the FP&A team to learn about what they do and / or training on specific topics (e.g., Adaptive, Office Connect, STAT vs. GAAP, etc.)Perform peer Q&A and guidance analysisAttend weekly FP&A team meetingsPerform monthly cash flow projectionsPerform monthly expense analysis vs. planned expensesCompiling and preparing reforecast materials and analysisAnalysis of financial data and use financial models for forecastingAnalyze premiums by division and project expenses by division / support departmentPrepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadershipCompile detailed vendor analysis using Workday GL in preparation for the 2025 PlanAssist in the 2025 Plan preparation and 2024 Q2 Reforecast analysisPerforming peer Q&A and guidance analysisTechnical Knowledge and Understanding :
Foundational understanding of Finance and AccountingPro-active and driven to learnExcellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)Highly organized with attention to detailExperience :
