Position Title : Senior .Net Web Developer

Job Summary :
We’re looking for a Senior .NET Web Developer to lead full-cycle development of custom web applications and support / enhance existing solutions. You’ll own new features end to end—architecture, UI, services, data, and deployment—while also maintaining, troubleshooting, and modernizing established .NET applications to ensure reliability and performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building and sustaining elegant software that solves real business problems alongside a highly experienced team.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable websites and web applications.
- Lead solution architecture and provide design input for UI / UX, data models, and integrations.
- Develop back-end services and APIs (Web API / WCF) and front-end features.
- Design databases, write efficient T-SQL, and create / maintain SSRS reports.
- Integrate web applications with internal and third-party systems.
- Analyze user and system requirements to optimize content, performance, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
- Stay current with .NET and web technologies; recommend tools and best practices.
- Contribute to coding standards, code reviews, and mentoring of peers .

Proven experience building production web applications with .NETStrong proficiency with C# (and / or VB.NET), ASP.NET, Visual Studio, IISSolid experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Front-end skills : JavaScript / jQuery, HTML5, CSS3; understanding of responsive designExperience building RESTful services (Web API) and working with WCF where applicableFamiliarity with application security, performance tuning, and cross-browser compatibilityExcellent problem-solving, debugging, and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the initiative to drive projects to completionBenefits :
