What You'll Do :

Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
Build strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful, responsive service.
Identify audit risks and develop strategies to address them.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends.
Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic solutions.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA designation (required).

5+ years of audit management experience.

Strong grasp of auditing standards and regulations.

Leadership skills and a passion for team development.

Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office; CCH experience is a plus.

Industry exposure in any of our core sectors is a bonus.
