- Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather necessary data, and complete required documentation while identifying patients' needs and problems in accordance with unit standards.\n
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and modify individualized care plans, involving the patient and their families in the planning process.\n
- Deliver quality patient care adhering to accepted practice standards and ensuring patient rights and safety are upheld at all times.\n
- Document patient care accurately and comprehensively, acknowledging any observed variations and providing rationale as necessary.\n
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and address unit challenges effectively, contributing to a positive and safe working environment.\n
- Complete all clinical skills and competencies under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse while taking on additional assigned responsibilities as needed.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n
- This position operates under the guidance of a supervisor, manager, or director.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n
- Education : An Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.\n
- Experience : No prior nursing experience is necessary. Candidates with more than 12 months of experience are not eligible for this position.\n\nLicensure Requirements\n
