A company is looking for an Enterprise - Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own long-term relationships and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of fashion brands, managing renewals, retention, and expansion
Partner with customer teams to define success metrics and drive usage, ensuring measurable ROI and facilitating regular business reviews
Monitor account health, proactively engage customers, and maintain accurate records within the CRM to identify churn risks and lead resolution efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
Approximately 6 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in enterprise SaaS account management or customer success
Experience owning customer relationships with a focus on driving renewals and securing expansions
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools
Excitement about generative AI and familiarity with the fashion industry is a plus
