Duties & Responsibilities :
Ability to manage a small or large team safely and effectively mitigate damagesCommitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding roleProvide proficient performance in water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processesEstablish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely mannerIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workersPerform scope of work, moisture mapping, photos, and any necessary paperwork for jobInventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each projectPrepare rooms / areas for job activities. Set up staging area / containment and equipment for each project.Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearancePerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.Requirements & Skills :
