StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a leadership opportunity at a combined Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility in West Carmel / Zionsville, Indiana. This position blends clinical practice with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a high-performing, patient-focused team. Position Highlights : Leadership Role : Clinical Medical Director duties with stipend Annual ED Volume : 23,321 visits Daily Physician Coverage : 24 hours Daily APC Coverage : 8 hours ED Beds : 12 with Fast Track available Hospital Beds : 0 (free-standing ER / urgent care setting) Acuity Level : Low to Medium with 1 2% admission rate Trauma Level : Not designated Hospital Medicine Program : Not available Requirements : Board Certification : Emergency Medicine (ABEM / AOBEM required) Certifications : ACLS and PALS required Leadership Experience : Preferred; strong communication and administrative skills valued Location Highlights : Located in Zionsville, Indiana , this community is known for its family-friendly environment, highly rated schools, and exceptional quality of life.
