The AVP, Operational Resilience provides leadership and strategic direction for the companys resilience framework. The AVP leads efforts to assess potential risks, develop and govern continuity plans aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and coordinate executive-level response efforts during disruptions.
In addition to business continuity responsibilities, the AVP oversees corporate security functions including global threat assessments, incident response coordination, and the design and management of physical security infrastructure such as access control systems, CCTV and alarm systems.
This role will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and testing business needs against company infrastructure; closing resilience gaps; and maintaining a robust framework that supports the companys growth and protects its reputation. The position will require strong partnership with all company functions, and will be a key component, partner and coordinator of the crisis management committee.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

$140,000 — $160,000 USD
