A company is looking for an Account Manager who will focus on building long-term relationships with customers while providing innovative event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and convert renewals and upsell deals within the existing client portfolio, including customer reviews and product demonstrations
Maintain excellent product knowledge and work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth client journey and deliver exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
Experience in the Events Industry
Advanced English proficiency
Solid background in B2B sales / account management with experience in renewals and upselling
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing pipelines in a CRM, preferably HubSpot or Pipedrive
