Position Summary : Responsible for managing the overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and Brand Promise. Develops the team to provide excellent internal service, external service, and build restaurant sales and profit while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Qualications
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Internal Promote : Minimum of 1+ years as an Associate Manager or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations. External Recruit : Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility.
Must be at least 18; complete Restaurant Manager training; ServSafe certified. Proficient in English (reading / writing), strong interpersonal skills, basic math, analytical ability, organization, and planning. Self-starter with integrity; PC proficiency; valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed; capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Stand / walk 85–95% of shift; lift 10–65 lbs; operate restaurant equipment and drive a vehicle; ability to use a computer keyboard.
