Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience required
- HS diploma or GED preferred

Job Tasks / Duties
Food preparation including cleaning and processing of ingredients, recipe building, firing entrees, desserts, and appetizers from scratchAssisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on timeEnsuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsLicenses and Special Requirements
