Position Summary
Tracking and generating work product for our depot customers, most importantly financial work product. For example, independently and collaboratively assisting with invoice generation and P / L tracking. Interacting with our data systems to ensure jobs or tasks move along systematically for our depot customers. Helping to establish structures & organization for documenting communications and files for our depot customers. Staying ready & able to tackle one-off tasks related to the depot customers and to potentially support certain program manager responsibilities when asked.
Primary Focus
The primary focus of this role is to address platform inquiries with speed and accuracy and perform to required service level agreements (SLAs). You will perform transactional functions to support business and associate team members' requests. Understands Ingram Micro's processes and solutions. Effectively resolve issues with accuracy, tact, and speed. Under moderate supervision, you perform transactional functions and order entry duties. You review and verify the accuracy of the request and transaction and complete the transaction accordingly.

Identifies opportunities to increase usage of platform.
Works closely with Account Managers and Business Owners to convert opportunities to outcomes.
Generate data quality reports and metrics and provide insights.
General support for the team
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques and customer care. Understanding of Ingram Micro programs, services, and products.
Skilled in personal computing including Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team member. Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends. Able to prioritize and operate with urgency and results oriented
Thorough understanding of the job and will handle complex or technical issues, requiring independent action and initiative.
Ability to serve as point of escalation, to both internal and external stakeholders. Assists in onboarding and mentoring of newer team members. Identifies opportunities around additional products, services, and other offerings (portfolio sales)
REQUIREMENTS :
Two-year college degree AND equivalent 3-year experience in functional area. OR a minimum of 5 year of experience in functional area OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience.
What You Bring To The Role
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties / requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
