Position : Finance Manager (Closer)

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL

Hours : Monday–Thursday, 9 : 15 AM – 6 : 30 PM | Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About Our Client

Our client is an established and fast-growing financial services firm with a strong presence in the debt relief industry. They provide innovative funding solutions to clients and deliver results through a proven sales infrastructure, inbound and outbound marketing strategies, and an experienced leadership team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a dedicated book of business to drive conversions into financial relief programs
  • Guide potential clients through the funding and enrollment process with professionalism and urgency
  • Close high-value deals based on pre-qualified debt leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM systems
  • Work inbound and outbound lead funnels, including Meta text campaigns

Requirements :

  • MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Financial Closers experience preferred
  • Proven background in financial sales or high-ticket closing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline and following up proactively
  • Compensation & Growth :

  • Weekly draw : $700 (paid in advance against earned commissions)
  • Commission structure :
  • – Approximately $562 earned per $100,000 in enrolled client debt value

    – Commissions are paid after the client successfully completes two payments in the program
