Team Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Community Communications team member to manage Stripe’s social media channels and foster community among our users. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing leads, you'll help launch new features, increase product awareness, and tell compelling stories of the companies building on Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to amplify product news and announcements via social channels, primarily X.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships within the startup and developer community.
• Identify stories and content within Stripe that enhance community awareness and engagement.
• Gather community feedback and relay insights to relevant Stripe teams for product improvement.
• Create social content such as videos, GIFs, and demos to promote understanding of our products.
• Generate engaging moments and artifacts to energize the community and spotlight specific products or initiatives.
• Continuously improve community engagement strategies through iterative feedback and analysis.

Work Environment & Compensation

This role offers a hybrid work model, with at least 50% in-office or with users. The annual US salary range is $151,200 - $226,800, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and wellness stipends.
