Title : Seasonal Production / Assembly Line Associate.

Department : Chocolate Room - production

Reports to : Production / Assembly Line Leader.

Job Summary : This is a seasonal position with La Montagne Holdings. Employment will last from October 2025 to January 2026.

• This job description does not limit individuals to a single task but requires them to perform different duties related to chocolate room production and assembly line.
• Be able to follow directions from the line leader and be a team player on the line.
• Line Associates participate in the process of completion of confections in chocolate room and assembly line.
• Attention to details and the ability to understand product specifications are important.
• To ensure the finished product is labeled with the correct lot code and best by date.
• To maintain cleanliness on the line.
• To help with preparation for the next day’s production or assembly.
• The individual should also be self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.

Requirements : Job specifications :

1. Help during start up or change over.

2. Trained on the line procedures. Understands SOP’s.

3. Understands Quality Control of Products.

4. Confirm final label prior to applying on finished products. Matches visual picture or sample if provided.

5. Know how to use scales to check product weight.

6. Understand and comply with GMP’s set forth.

7. Communicate any problems to line leader.

8. Maintain Sanitation Standards.

Physical requirements

1. Standing for prolonged periods of time while working on the line.

2. Able to lift 25 – 30 pounds once every 3 hours.

3. Able to sweep and mop floor after production is finished or when it is needed.

4. While performing the duties of the job, the employee must be able to use a calculator and scale.

Education and\or experience required

1. High School or equivalent.

This is a seasonal position with La Montagne Holdings. Employment will last from October 2024 to January 2025.
