The Body Bar is a full-service massage, day spa, UV tanning & fitness facility in the Town of McCandless, on McKnight Road in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We are seeking a high energy, positive, responsible, customer service-oriented individual, with a friendly, mature personality to join The Body Bar Team, in delivering the highest quality customer service to our clientele. Candidates must be computer literate, have strong verbal skills & phone manners and the ability to multi-task. Perfect opportunity for a career oriented individual looking to build their skill set for future management opportunities.

Applicants need to be available for full time employment, between 36-40 hours per week. Hours needed are afternoon / evenings Mon-Thurs. until 8pm and daylight shifts on Friday, until 5pm & Saturday until 4 : 30pm. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays. Reliable transportation is a must.

Front Desk Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Assisting customers checking in & out of the facility

Professionally greeting & touring customers

In person & telephone customer service

Scheduling appointments & services

Maintain client database

Processing cash & credit card transactions

Explaining & selling / upgrading packages, memberships & products

Troubleshooting & problem solving

Assist in opening and / or closing the facility

Maintaining facility appearance, equipment cleanliness & maintenance

General laundry - towels & linens

Administrative & general clerical work

The ability to work as part of a team & independently

Represent the company in a positive & professional manner

Applicants need to be available between 36-40 hours per week. Hours needed are mainly afternoon / evenings Mon-Thurs. until 8pm and daylight shifts on Friday, until 5pm & Saturday until 4 : 30pm. Morning shifts start at 7 : 30am. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays. Reliable transportation is a must.
