We’re looking for a Full or Part-Time  Social & Sales Associate  to join our boutique team and help tell the Uniquities story—through styling, selling, and digital content creation.

About the Role :

As a Social & Sales Associate, you’ll play a dual role in the boutique : combining your love of client styling with your creativity in content and community engagement. You’ll build genuine customer relationships on the sales floor while also contributing to the boutique’s digital presence—whether that’s helping plan social content, sharing styling tips on Instagram Stories, or showcasing new arrivals. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s trend-savvy, social media aware, and thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily social media content creation—modeling looks, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and showcasing product stories
• Deliver an elevated client experience through personalized service, trend-driven outfitting, and deep product knowledge
• Actively build and maintain a client book through styling appointments, outreach, and follow-up
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising, events, and in-store marketing efforts
