The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the TRIO Talent Search Project Director in managing, documenting, reporting, and evaluating the project. Assisting with the preparation and submission of the Annual Performance Report and all required grant communication and reports to the Department of Education. Responsibilities include database entry of participant services and maintenance of their files. Collaborates with the Business Office and assists in maintaining project financial records.
Minimum Qualifications : Associate's degree in office management, computer systems, or related field; Minimum of two years of experience in the area of office and database management; Knowledge of current computer programs; and Excellent customer service and communication skills.
