Qualifications

We are seeking a MongoDB DBA to assist with the following tasks :

• During build phases, in coordination with the data management team, review and confirm MongoDB schema design, sharding strategy, indexing, and infrastructure choices (Windows vs Linux).
• During operation, manage capacity planning, tune infrastructure and MongoDB performance, oversee backup and restore processes with Ops Manager, implement Disaster Recovery plans, and support incident and problem management in production environments.
