Director of Trading and Asset Optimization

A company is looking for a Director of Trading and Asset Optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of energy traders in various ISOs, focusing on CAISO and ERCOT

Innovate product structuring and solutions for short-term and long-term energy markets

Implement a hedging program and manage market fundamental analysis

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in business development, market analysis, or energy derivatives trading

B.S. in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required

MBA is a plus

Prior exposure to battery storage facilities and operations preferred

Thorough knowledge of the CAISO market; ERCOT experience is a plus
