Summary
Senior Project Managers in the Commercial department at Sambatek provide expert consultation to a wide range of clients, from developers to architects, contractors to landowners, and more. Responsibilities include navigating entitlements, client interactions, marketing / business development, scheduling, invoicing, development of budgets, etc.
The Sambatek team includes well-established managers with decades of experience who are passionate about mentoring younger managers and providing opportunities for growth to professionals with all levels of experience. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to help continue the expansion of our Land Development team.
- Work Location : On-site with flexible work arrangements, hybrid available
- Expected Compensation Range : $120,000-150,000 annually (Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications)

Responsibilities
Possess strong design fundamentals and deliver complete documents at project milestonesProvide or direct others on design coordination between architects, MEPs, Geotech, and other disciplinesRepresent Sambatek at meetings with cities, clients, and external project team membersPrepare proposals for new project opportunitiesManage project scope, schedule, and budgetProvide day-to-day guidance to project team staffMentor Assistant Project Managers and design staffRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer license in Minnesota10+ years of consulting experience in land developmentDriven to exceed expectations and win over clientsEffective written and verbal communication, independent judgment essentialGood mentoring skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to change focus quickly during a typical dayPositive and solution-oriented approach to problemsPhysical Demands and Work Environment
