Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager based in Personal Investor, Digital and Analytics to work on products with a multi-superfamily impact. In this role you will have the opportunity to support three workstreams that are integral to ensuring the success of our PI product, technology, and operations. The three focus areas include the cross cutting program (an impact and analysis intake service) and facilitating our mobile & monolith release processes.

This Product Manager will be a strategic thinker who can confidently identify priorities and drive execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong toolkit in stakeholder management, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Supports digital product management services on a digital product, developing functional expertise to improve digital product results.
• Collaborates with a small cross-functional team to understand client need and drive change to the client experience.
• Supports digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
• Raises client needs and provides input to inform the product strategy.
• Assists with planning, development and implementation of a new product.
• Supports analysis of markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
• Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
