Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in research and insights, leading initiatives focused on customer needs
Establish relationships with leaders to promote a culture of data-driven decision making
Lead all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research, translating business needs into research designs and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
7 years of relevant experience in market research or customer insights
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Exceptional research, analytical, and reporting capabilities
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
