  • Location : Boston, MA 02114 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)\n
  • Healthcare Setting : 6th Floor Surgical Suites – Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)\n
  • Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 16 / 2025 – End : 2 / 14 / 2026)\n
  • Employment Type : Travel Nursing – PACU RN\n
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM (4x10 hour shifts / week), rotating days off\n
  • Hours per Week : 36–40\n
  • Number of Openings : 2\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,990–$2,130 per week\n

    • \n\nPACU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state\n
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience\n
  • Previous experience in a critical care environment (PACU required)\n
  • Ability to provide documentation for required health screenings (MMR, Influenza, TB Test, Fit Test, etc.)\n
  • Background check and professional references required\n
  • Skills checklist and updated nursing resume submission required\n

  • Deliver high-quality post-anesthesia care to surgical patients in a fast-paced clinical setting\n
  • Monitor and assess patient recovery, responding promptly to changes in condition\n
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams\n
  • Accurately document patient care and recovery progress\n
  • Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions\n
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients\n
