Key Responsibilities
Lead the optimization and management of the Workday platform and its integrations with other HR systems
Drive automation across HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Build and lead a high-performing HRIS team, collaborating with various departments to align on systems strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred : Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Workday, SHRM-CP / SCP, project management)
7+ years of experience in HR technology or operations, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday leadership
Proven track record in implementing integrations between Workday and platforms like ServiceNow
Experience managing HRIS teams and delivering enterprise-scale system enhancements
