Production Supervisor (Irvine)

Role : Production Supervisor

Location : Irvine, CA - 92614

Duration : 7 Months

Shift Timings : 5 AM to 1 : 30 PM

What Youll Do :

Supervise and lead a team of approximately 12 non-exempt employees on the catheter packaging line.

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure quality, safety, and production targets are achieved.

Oversee final assembly manufacturing of various product lines and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Monitor workflow, capacity, and throughput while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Provide input on manufacturability, ergonomics, testing improvements, routings, and capacity planning.

Manage departmental operations within budget and track production KPIs.

Lead and participate in safety projects and operational support initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Support critical path activities to meet timelines and delivery goals.

Be flexible to work 2nd shift as needed.

What Were Looking For :

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered).

Minimum 4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Supervisory / leadership experience (4+ years)

Manufacturing / production environment experience

Project management and scheduling

Safety and quality compliance

Strong communication and organizational skills

Process improvement knowledge

Budget management and KPI tracking
