Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the vertical-specific go-to-market and business development strategy

Identify, prospect, and close new client accounts across various firm sizes

Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage the end-to-end sales cycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required

7+ years of experience in business development, client management, or sales within talent solutions or the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry

Proven success in individual sales execution and team management

Demonstrated ability to sell various talent solutions models

Strong knowledge of high-skill roles relevant to the vertical
