The Project Manager - Leading Multifamily Developer - Raleigh will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to lead major multifamily and commercial projects in the Raleigh area. Key responsibilities include :

• Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements
• Initiating RFIs and resolving field issues
• Managing submittals and design / shop drawing reviews
• Preparing subcontractor scopes and change orders
• Estimating and compiling cost breakdowns
• Maintaining procurement, submittal, and RFI logs
• Assisting with scheduling and tracking production
• Coordinating design / construction team correspondence
• Leading and mentoring project management staff
