PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Purchasing Assistant

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties :

• Process and manage purchase orders (POs)
• Track and follow up on outstanding orders
• Perform administrative tasks related to purchasing
• Assist with vendor communication and coordination
• Maintain spreadsheets and purchasing records
• Support tactical buying activities, with potential to expand into negotiations and strategic tasks

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
