About the role

We're seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer with deep experience in software system validation, AI / ML system validation, and sensor-integrated platforms. You'll lead test strategy, automation, and quality governance across Linux-based platforms integrating firmware, intelligent models, and sensors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end QA activities independently, while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy, automation, and test framework development within CI / CD.
Independently plan, design, and execute test cycles across software, firmware, hardware, and sensor integrations.
Perform hands-on testing of AI / ML-enabled systems and software with sensors to validate functional and non-functional behavior.
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and DevOps to improve test coverage and release quality.
Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement in test processes and standards.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

6–10 years of QA experience across software, embedded systems, and hardware–software integrations.

Proven experience testing AI / ML models, non-deterministic systems, and sensor-integrated software.

Skilled in planning and executing test strategies independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and QA governance practices.

Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Exposure to HIL, Embedded and / or IoT testing.

Experience with non-functional, performance testing, or edge device validation.
