Job Summary :

Under the general supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor, performs objective assessments, as well as comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with state practice act.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care and education on self-management techniques
• Serve as a mentor to rehabilitation technicians and provide guidance on proper treatment techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
