job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelors Degree Preferred 5+ years of EDI experience Prior experience onboarding EDI trading partners and EDI documents Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.) Strong attention to detail with analytical problem solving abilities Comfortable interacting with customer EDI teams Comfortable supporting other EDI personnel with advanced EDI needs Ability to provide remote support during off hours when needed
Onboard trading partners and EDI documents
- Maintain EDI systems by updating trading partner connections and certificates, updating EDI setup data, and performing other related tasks
- Facilitate updates to EDI business logic as business requirements change
- Assist EDI Coordinators with complex EDI import errors
- Audit EDI systems to ensure the timely processing and sending of EDI documents
- Take on advanced EDI research projects
- Document changes to EDI processes
