Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager will administer and maintain service and communications with our non-qualified plans. Responsibilities include administration and management; documentation and record keeping, plans statements, and client communications; and client support and service. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have 4 or more years of experience in retirement services. You will have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. You will be able to write reports, business analysis, and business correspondence. You will be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
The person in this position will be a self-starter and have the organization, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with a fast-paced environment. You will have a high level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple projects.
